Notifications
Understand how notifications work in Auxx.ai and how to manage them.
Auxx.ai sends in-app notifications to keep you informed about important events — new assignments, mentions, status changes, and more.
Notification center
Click the bell icon in the bottom-left of the sidebar to open the notification center. From here you can:
- View your unread notifications
- Mark individual notifications as read
- Mark all notifications as read
- Delete notifications you no longer need
Notification types
Auxx.ai sends notifications for events like:
| Event | When you're notified |
|---|---|
| Assignment | A conversation or ticket is assigned to you |
| Mention | Someone mentions you in a message or comment |
| Status change | A ticket or conversation you're involved in changes status |
| Comment reply | Someone replies to a comment thread you're part of |
| Workflow completion | An automation workflow you set up finishes running |
Managing notifications
Notifications are delivered in real time within the app. The bell icon shows a count of unread notifications so you can stay on top of activity without constantly checking.
To keep your notification list manageable:
- Mark as read — Click on a notification to mark it as read, or use the bulk action to clear all
- Delete — Remove notifications you no longer need
- Click to navigate — Clicking a notification takes you directly to the relevant conversation, ticket, or record
