Record list
The record-list widget shows a live table of records that match a source and filters, styled like the records page and updating in real time.
A record-list widget shows the records behind your numbers as a live table. Where a chart summarizes, a record list lets you read the individual records that match, right on the board.
Set it up
Configure a record list in the Data section:
- Data source picks which records to list, such as open Tickets or a custom entity.
- Filters narrow the list to the records you care about, using the same condition builder as the rest of the app.
A record list has no metric or category. It shows records, not an aggregate.
Columns
Choose which fields appear as columns in the table. The primary field stays pinned as the first column so each row is easy to identify, and the rest of your chosen fields follow in order.
Reading and opening records
The table is styled like the records page, with a sticky header and a pinned primary column, so it feels familiar. Click a row to open that record in a drawer without leaving the dashboard.
Always up to date
The list updates in real time. As records are created, edited, or change to match your filters, the widget reflects it without a manual refresh.
